Cirrus Transition Training For new owners and pilots. Acclimate to the technologically advanced Cirrus aircraft using realistic, scenario based training. Training includes approximately 12 hours of flight time and 12 hours of ground. A Cirrus Transition Training Kit is also required. Expect the training to take three days.
Recurrent Training Often required by insurance. Always a good idea every 6 to 12 months. Reinforce and build pilot proficiency and confidence. Training will include 2 flight segments and ground training to review Cirrus systems and operating procedures. Plan on a full day for recurrent training. Most insurance will approve recurrent training in the SimTrain Cirrus simulators.
Private Pilot If you are new to flying and contemplating purchasing a Cirrus, you will hear many arguments why you should train in something smaller and less complex. Learn to fly in the airplane you are going to purchase. Insurance will be expense the first year but you can have your Private and Instrument in that year.

Flight Review Get a Flight Review that will challenge you and reflect the way you use your aircraft. The new Scenario-Based Training fits nicely into the flight review requirements. You will become a safer and more confident pilot. Any specific requests can be accomodated.

Learn risk management and decision making skills that will make you safer and more comfortable in the IFR environment.
Ask about the Cirrus Training Expedition Scenario based training integrated into fun trips. Learn to really use your flying skills in a variety of challenging locations. Previous trips have included trout fishing at Gastons in NW Arkansas, short field practice in the North Carolina mountains and a beach trip to Ocrakoke Island in the outer banks of North Carolina.
Acceptance and Delivery We can assist with selection and inspect your airplane, deliver it to your location and complete the training.
